blob + agar agar + oatflakes coming together in my dishes

the maze experiment:

the blob found a way, but it
did´nt play the fair game...

It climbed over the little walls to create a connection between both
food sources.

unfortunately there is coming mold from the ground of the petri dish through the
agar agar

my room is cold.
the blob doesn´t like it.
it is growing very slow.
but now, after 2 days of 27 degrees it is exploding.
it is eating already the fabric tape of the box.


it is looking different in every petri dish. from pale yellow to brown, orange and strong yellow.

sometimes there is coming grey mold.

my latest arrangement is a food cooperation with aloe vera.

the physarum is with me since six days now. it was already at four different places - even went by Deutsche Bahn (and a fire engine)! right now it can smell a bit country air. maybe it feels it´s brothers and sisters in the forest near by (if there are some blobs). unfortunately the little pet has to stay in the kitchen cabinet. I feed it with five-grain-flakes. couldn´t find it´s favorite until now. it is growing slowly and in beauty.
